At DSC Helmets, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect product, a damaged product, or face any issues with your order, we’re here to help—subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in saleable condition
- Returned with original packaging (where applicable)
- With all tags/labels intact
- Free from scratches, stains, dents, odors, or any signs of use
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected after inspection.
2. Return / Refund / Replacement Timeframes
- Return / Refund / Replacement Window: Requests must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (with supporting photos/videos).
3. Reasons We Accept Returns
We accept return/refund/replacement requests in the following cases (subject to eligibility checks):
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect (reported within the specified time)
- Size issue / exchange request (only if the product is unused and in saleable condition)
- Change of mind (only if the product is unused and in saleable condition)
4. How to Raise a Return / Refund Request
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@dsc-helmets.com within the applicable timeframe with:
- Order ID
- Registered mobile number / email
- Reason for return/refund/replacement
- Clear photos/videos (mandatory for damaged/defective/wrong item cases)
5. Return Pick-up / Shipping
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item shipped, DSC Helmets will arrange the return pickup (or reimburse shipping, as applicable).
- If the return is due to change of mind or similar reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Any product damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging may be rejected.
6. Inspection & Approval
All returns are subject to inspection once received at our facility. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the product passes the quality check as per this policy.
7. Refund Processing
If approved, the refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used at checkout (unless otherwise required).
8. Right to Refuse Returns
DSC Helmets reserves the right to refuse returns in cases including (but not limited to):
- Products returned in used, damaged, or non-saleable condition
- Missing tags, labels, accessories, or original packaging (where applicable)
- Requests raised outside the eligible timeframe
- Multiple/excessive returns or suspected misuse of the policy
